Artful is like a cozy art retreat for folks living with dementia and their trusty sidekicks, be it family or carers. Think of it as a laid-back workshop where creativity flows like a good cup of tea – and speaking of tea, there will be plenty of that too. Under the watchful eyes of two art therapists, you'll get to dive into some enjoyable art activities. No experience needed, just bring your imagination (and maybe your favourite paint-splattered shirt).

The best part? Participation is absolutely free, but make sure to register – we wouldn't want you to miss out on the fun. Join the friendly bunch every Friday from February 21st to March 28th, 2025, between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM at Cube 37 in Frankston, where the only thing more colourful than the artwork will be the conversations. Paint, sip tea, and let the creativity happen in a warm and nurturing environment – sounds like a perfect Friday plan to me.
