Get ready to unleash your inner Picasso or just enjoy a bit of messy fun at Artwell, a laid-back community art program for folks navigating the choppy waters of mental health. It's like a safe haven for creativity where an Art Therapist leads the way, guiding you through a whirlpool of paint, clay, and any other art-y things that might spark joy. No previous art skills? No worries at all—just bring yourself, your enthusiasm, and maybe a snack for extra inspiration.

And it gets even better—carers and supporters can tag along for free, because a little cheerleading never hurt anyone. For just $6 a session, you'll get all your materials sorted plus a delightful cup of tea or coffee. Join us on Fridays for some colourful escapades from May 23 to July 4, right in the heart of Frankston at Cube 37. Just remember, we're all about good vibes and great creations, so come ready for a couple of hours of fun.
