Listening to the recordings of the gentle lapping of the waves in Somers, the dawn chorus of native birds in Endeavour forest in Redhill, the pobblebonks of the Coolant wetlands, the wind passing over the fields in flinders, lying in a meditative state, drinking Cacao.

This work is designed to be offered live in Quadraphonic sound ( 4 Speaker Channels ) and to fully immerse an audience into these environments by placing people in a calm and meditative mood while lying on the ground with eyes closed surrounded by 4 channels of directional sound. The intention is to connect people to our local environment through their imaginations and their aural comprehension.

The audience lies in the centre of the speaker array and through the device of quadrophonic sound, they are able to be fully capsulated into an audio field, similar to virtual reality, but for ears.
