Mindfulness is an evidence-based skill that helps us to live in the present moment, manage stress and increase our sense of wellbeing.
This session will discuss Mindfulness, what it is, how it can benefit us, and the different ways you can incorporate it into your daily life.
We will finish the session with a short mindful meditation for you to experience or observe.
