The Maternal and Child Health Service is rolling out the red carpet for parents with little ones aged from newborn to 6 months. If you've ever found yourself questioning why your baby seems to have acquired the ability to scream at 3 AM or why they keep treating your fingers like teething toys, this free info and sleep settling session might just be the answer to your sleep-deprived prayers. This isn't just any gathering, but a chance to soak up valuable wisdom on navigating the wild world of parenting, whether your baby is fresh out of the oven or marching towards the 6-month milestone.

Set to take place at the charming Mornington Park MCH Centre, we'll dive into topics that really matter, such as child development, achieving the elusive goal of healthy sleep, nutritional must-haves (because let's be honest, they have to eat something besides your hair), safety tips, and of course, how to sneak in a bit of self-care without feeling guilty.
