If you're a parent navigating the delightful chaos of a little one aged 6 to 12 months, this session is calling your name. The Maternal and Child Health Service is throwing open the doors for a free event in Mornington, where you can soak up all the wisdom on sleep, settling, and everything else that comes with the gig of parenting. Think of it as your crash course in mastering the art of parenting, tailored specifically for your baby bumping their way through a developmental milestone or two.

Join us at the Mornington Park MCH Centre on 13 January 2025 for a day packed with insights into your child's growth, sleep strategies that might actually work (we can hope), nutrition tips that won't leave you scratching your head, heaps of safety advice, and a gentle reminder for you to take care of yourself too because, let's be honest, you deserve it.
