Get ready for a night of killer tunes as iconic Aussie guitarist Geoff Achison, hailing from Frankston, pairs up with UK saxophone whiz Tom Waters. They first crossed paths on Geoff's last jaunt through England, where a couple of mates had a brainwave and suggested the two should jam together. Turns out, they hit it off like old pals and brought the house down. Now, they're back in Australia, and they're all set for "Brush with the Blues." This isn't just a run-of-the-mill gig; think Blues mixed with Country, Rock, and a splash of Funky Jazz. You'll be treated to their original tracks alongside a treasure trove of classic roots tunes.

The evening also has a touching nod to the legendary Jeff Beck, a pal of Tom's, as they channel some of that magic into their set. The title "Brush with the Blues" is inspired by a Beck classic that Tom had the chance to perform live at London's famous Ronnie Scott's Club. So unless you're busy knitting or counting your socks, this is the sort of thing you don't want to miss.
