Melissa Manning, the author behind that award-winning Smokehouse collection from 2022, is popping into Mornington Library for a chat with local writer Rebecca Fraser about her latest, Frogsong. Its a tale that dives into love, addiction, loyalty and those pesky ghosts that just wont let go, all wrapped in some lyrical devastation.

Books from Farrells Bookshop will be on hand if you fancy grabbing one. Its free but you need to book ahead. Happens on Friday 17 April 2026 from 11am to midday at Mornington Library on Vancouver Street in Mornington, postcode 3931.
