One hour, no more shouting "Muuum", just a cuppa and proper conversation that actually leaves you feeling lighter and heard. This is not a playgroup or a parenting seminar, but a low-key space to unload, swap the messy and hilarious bits of motherhood, and be around other mums who get it.

The session is guided with thoughtful questions and small-group chats so you skip the small talk and get into the useful stuff. Share if you want to, or sit back and listen and maybe steal someone else's biscuit; you'll probably walk away feeling less alone and a bit more human. Cost $25.
