Feeling a bit out of touch with your inner zen? Join the folks at the Community Heart exhibition for some seriously colourful fun in Frankston. They're rolling out sound healing and meditation, along with creative and colour therapy workshops that will have you channeling your inner Picasso and yoga guru all at once. You can dive into one workshop or tackle them both if you're feeling ambitious.

Grab your friends, family, or just your favourite deck of yoga cards and head down to Cube 37 on either the 14th or the 21st of June, 2025. It's free, which means you can save your coin for that sudden urge to splurge on coffee afterward. Just remember, you'll need to book a spot—because as we all know, nothing good ever comes without a little organisation.
