Got old paint, pesticides or mysterious jars lurking under the sink? Bring them to Detox your home this winter at Mornington Resource Recovery Centre and we'll make sure they don't haunt your garage any longer. Please only bring accepted items. Single containers must not exceed 20 kg or 20 L. This limit is for lift-related occupational health and safety reasons for our chemists. Use the original packaging where possible. If you repackage something, label the contents with a permanent marker and label any unknown substances as 'Unknown'. Put chemicals in disposable containers you are happy to leave behind, because decanting is not permitted at the site. For a speedy drop-off, place items in an empty car boot or tray.
