On World Kindness Day, the folks from Speak & Share are hosting a casual get-together at Mornington Library thats all about chatting through mental health stuff in a way that feels real and not stuffy. This local non-profit knows how to keep things lively with some movement thrown in, helping teens shake off the awkwardness around tough topics and actually connect with each other.
