If you've ever found yourself humming "The Sound of Silence" in the shower and wondering what it would be like to hear those harmonies live, here's your chance. Shelley & O'Regan are bringing '' to the Frankston Arts Centre Theatre on Thursday the 9th of July 2026, and they're bringing along the reliably excellent Christopher Soulos on bass and Noel Elmowy on keys. The show promises to wander through all those gentle, honest, impossibly beautiful songs that somehow still feel like they were written last week, even though they were written when your parents were still young and cool. Or maybe just young. Either way, expect close vocal harmonies and the kind of songwriting that makes you feel a bit smarter for having listened.
Tickets will set you back 69.50 full price, 67.50 for concession, and 65 for children 12 and under, which is a reasonable amount to pay for an evening of low-key nostalgia and high-quality musicianship. The show runs from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm at 27-37 Davey Street in Frankston. If you live in Mornington, it's a pleasant drive down the peninsula, and you can spend the car ride home trying to remember which one was Art and which one was Paul. Or just enjoy the quiet. Either works.
